Twenty-one high school track teams braved cool and rainy conditions at the 8th annual Larry Cogan Invitational April 29 at Community Field in Carrollton.The event, named for longtime Carrollton track and field coach Larry Cogan, featured a field of 10 boys teams and 11 girls teams, including five area teams.Both Carrollton teams won championship titles.
