Minerva’s Downtown Winter Wonderland and Christmas Parade held Dec. 3 kicked off the village festivities on a brisk Saturday.Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus rode into town and stopped in Minerva Historical Society’s Haas Museum for photos with local children by Ryan Miller Photography.The Presbyterian women tied knitted scarves around the lamp posts for paradegoers and visitors in need.
