Minerva, Carrollton bowlers sweep awards at Dover tournament

Minerva and Carrollton dominated the field of eight teams at the Dover Invitational Jan 13 at Boulevard Lanes.  Minerva sat comfortably in first place after three individual games as the top four teams advanced to the championship round. The Lions tallied 3,780, 157 points ahead of second place Carrollton with 3,713. Riverview was in third, 772 points behind the leader at 3,269 and Garaway rounded out the foursome with 3,098.
