Open house set Sunday at new facility that supports adoptive, kinship families

An open house is planned Dec. 8 for a new hub in Carrollton to support foster, adoptive and kinship families known as The Willow House. The facility is located at 351 Park Ave. NE, Carrollton. Carroll in top five counties for opening day deer totals

Hunters across Ohio checked 26,667 white-tailed deer Dec. 2 during the opening day of the weeklong gun hunting season, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife. State Route 39 will close on Monday, April 29, through Tuesday, April 30, in Sherrodsville, for repairs to the railroad crossing located just west of the intersection with State Route 212 (east).
