Carroll County Economic Development is launching a small business grant program to assist Carroll County small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Known as Carroll County CARES – COVID-19 Small Business Grant, the program is offering a total of $150,000 to help small businesses. A Magnolia man was killed early Sunday morning after a UTV accident in Rose Twp. The Carroll County Sheriff department received a 911 call at 1:40 a.m. for a side-by-side accident on Thunder Rd. at the intersection of Fargo Rd. Troy D.
