Mackenzie Rummell and Hayden Jenkins are Carrollton High School’s April Senior Students of the Month.  Mackenzie Rummell is the daughter of Mike and Jen Rummell of Carrollton. Malvern man facing sex-related charges

A Malvern man was indicted on sex-related charges during a half-day session of a Carroll County grand jury April 3. JEREMY C.
