Monroe, Washington twp. trustees set PPE distribution days

Monroe and Washington township trustees are planning to distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) purchased with CARES (Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security) Act funds to residents over the next two weeks.

Monroe Twp.

Trustees are planning a second distribution day Saturday, March 6, from 9-11 a.m. at the township building. Care packages include masks, thermometers, gloves and sanitizer.

Trustees noted residents of the village of Dellroy are invited to attend.

Washington Twp.

Trustees will distribute (PPE) to township residents Saturday, Feb. 27, from 8 a.m. until noon at the township garage.

Each township resident will receive an 8 oz. bottle of hand sanitizer, a pair of reusable gloves, a package of 10 disposable face masks, and a 50-count package of disinfectant wipes. 

The township garage  is located at 3097 Cobbler Rd. NE, Carrollton.
