Walter “Waldo” Moskey, 101, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died July 27, 2024, in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born Dec. 14, 1922, in Acosta, Pennsylvania. Walter was a United States Army Air Corps veteran having served in World War II. He was a retired employee of Consolidation Coal Company. Walter was a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist Church where he taught Sunday School for many years.

Conotton graduates awarded scholarships

Two Conotton Valley athletes are among 200 graduates to receive scholarships from the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA).
