He was a 1946 graduate of Dellroy High School and a Veteran of the Korean War, 101st Airborne. He retired from Huebner Chevrolet in 1994 where he was Parts Manager. Steven C. Houyouse, 54, of Youngstown, OH, passed away Monday Dec. 4, 2023, in his residence.  He was born in Steubenville, OH on Dec. 18, 1968, a son of Merle and Judith Houyouse. He was a graduate of Carrollton High School and served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a welder at International Steel and Counter Weights in Youngstown Ohio for many years.
