Sandra L. Barbour, 71, of Minerva, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, in the Minerva Healthcare Center. She was born Sept. 21, 1951, in Columbus to Ruby (Havens) Buxton. She worked as a nursed aid at the Elmhurst Convalescent Center in Columbus and for the Columbus Salvation Army.  She is survived by her husband, James “Bob” Barbour whom she married Sept. 13, 1976; three sons, Jeremy (Darcy Seaburn) Lanham of Minerva, Jimmy Barbour
