Former Carrollton superintendent, school board member sentenced to jail time

Thompson, Ulman crowned 2023 fair queen, king

By Carol McIntire, Editor The Fair Royalty Crowning opened festivities at the 2023 Carroll County Fair Monday evening. Adrianna Thompson and Emma Catlett were crowned fair queen and princess, respectively. Dylan Ulman was named fair king and Deana Petersen was declared queen runner-up. Thompson, of Carrollton, is the 18-year-old daughter of Raymond and Sheri Thompson. She is a 2023 Carrollton High School graduate and an incoming freshman at Stark State
