John Shotwell, 76

John E. Shotwell, 76, of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020, at Minerva Health Care Center. Born Feb. 5, 1944, in Carrollton, he was a son to Chalmers Wilson and Edna Pauline (Schaeffer)  Shotwell.                                                         He worked for Center Township from April 10, 1962, until his retirement. CHS CARE Team collecting items for local families

Cassie Nicholas, Carrollton Schools CARE Team coordinator, has received several requests asking how residents can help local Warrior families who might have food and living needs during this time. Carroll County Veterans Service Commission suspends walk-in, transportation services

Carroll County Veterans Service Commission officials closed the office to walk-in visits until Governor Mike DeWine recalls the state of emergency issued last week.
