Cynthia Black, executive director, said a self-service station is set up in the entrance at the 160 2nd St., NW, Carrollton, office which will be open during normal business hours where visitors will find information, applications and a drop box for paperwork. Employees will continue working, however all business will be conducted remotely by email, [email protected] or by calling 330-627-2590.

Examples of services available during the state of emergency are emergency financial assistance, intent to file, limited compensation claims and notice of disagreement (appeals).

All transportation is suspended. VA providers can provide details about telehealth of video health options available to veterans.
