Frances “Ann” Finnicum, 91, of Carrollton, Ohio, died early Thursday morning, Dec. 5, 2024 in the Carroll Healthcare Center. She was born July 5, 1933, in Canton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Ellis Orrville and Lucille G. Douglas Edgar Gartrell, 50, of Patterson, GA, formerly of Carrollton, passed away early Wednesday morning, Dec. 4, at his residence, following a lengthy and hard-fought battle with cancer. Born May 22, 1974, in Canton, OH, he was a son of Darrell Gartrell and Diane Pettay Cooper. He was a 1992 graduate of Carrollton High School. He had also lived in Kentucky and Fayetteville, NC, before moving to Patterson in 2020.
