Donald Eugene Stafford, age 82, of Minerva passed away at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring on June 17, 2024. Donald was born Dec. 15, 1941, in East Liverpool to the late Donald H and Gertrude (Anderson) Stafford. Carrollton Elementary students ‘take over’ principal’s office, duct tape leader to the wall

Amsterdam park named for former mayor
