Virgil Paul Carter, 91, of Minerva, passed away at Aultman Health Foundation on Thursday, May 16, 2024.   Virgil was born in Barnesville, Ohio on Oct. 26, 1932, to Virgil F. and Iva (Gibbons) Carter. Virgil was a dedicated employee at B&W, where he contributed his skills and knowledge over the years.
