By Thomas Clapper CCM Reporter Carrollton Village Council was visited by Jacob Priest of the Western Reserve Land Conservancy Group at its Feb. 26 meeting regarding potential land available to the village.  Priest said Our Lady of Mercy sought out Western Reserve Land Conservancy Group and offered 15.5 acres of land behind Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospial Urgent- Outpatient Care  of Carrollton.  The land also borders SR 39.  “Our main concern is conservancy,”

By Thomas Clapper CCM Reporter   Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and his wife, Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine visited Malvern Branch Library for the first time and held a special book reading of “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle on Feb. 29.  This was done to promote Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio and celebrate every eligible child in the Village of Malvern is receiving books from this program.

Mackey of 26550 Northshore Dr., agreed to withdraw a guilty plea and entered a no contest plea to three counts of vehicular manslaughter, second-degree misdemeanors, and one count of driving an unsafe vehicle, a minor misdemeanor.
