Judy Rae Wright, 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her daughter’s home on Sept. 29, 2023.   She was born in Kendallville, Indiana, on September 12, 1941, to Richard and Elaine (Bly) Williams. Judy had a zest for life and was always up for an adventure. She enjoyed traveling in her younger years, was an avid reader, and loved her Rock ‘n Roll music along with Willie Nelson. She had a
