Whereas judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and costs as follows:

236 Cumberland Road, Sherrodsville, Oh 44675, Permanent Parcel No: 27-0000220.000 and 27-0000221.000, 27-0000222.000 and 27-0000223.000 and last known owner, Levi P. Saylor, Judgement for $16,000.00 and;

Whereas such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment.

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Calvin Graham, Sheriff of Carroll County, Ohio, will either dispose of such property according to law or sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $16,000.00 plus an amount sufficient to pay the costs of this action, the exact amount of which shall be announced at the commencement of such sale which shall be conducted at,10:00 a.m. in the lobby of the sheriff’s office in Carrollton, Ohio, on Tuesday, the 16th day of July, 2024.

If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid or is not otherwise disposed of according to law, it may be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of July, 2024 for an amount that equals at least $16,000.00.

MANAGER AT RISK

 The Brown Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Malvern Athletic Project. The Project will include the design and construction of an athletic and public restroom facility and installation of synthetic turf for football, baseball, and softball fields. Questions may be directed to, and Requests for Qualifications may be obtained by written request from James Carman, Treasurer, at [email protected].  Qualifications will be accepted until 2 pm local time, August 2, 2024.
