Donald R. Cooper, 91, of Carrollton, passed away in his home on Thursday, July 13, 2023.   A son of the late Russell D. and Arlene (Thomas) Cooper, he was born on Oct. 28, 1931, in Canton, Ohio. Don worked as a Police Officer for the Carrollton Police Department for 21 years, where he was affectionately known as “Coop the Cop”, until he retired in 1993.  He was a longtime member of
