Carrollton superintendent placed on paid leave, school board to meet Wednesday

 Carrollton Exempted Village School District Board of Education President Dan Ries called a special meeting of the board this Wednesday to ratify his placement of Superintendent Dr. David Quattrochi on paid administrative leave. Randy L. Crowl

Randy L. Crowl, 68, of Malvern, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 in the Arbors of Minerva from complications from diabetes and kidney disease.  He was born Sept. 11, 1954, in Canton to William and Margaret (Locke) Crowl.
