Richard James Harty, 85, passed away July 10, 2022, at Carroll Healthcare Center in Carrollton. Born Dec. 14, 1936, in Akron, he was the son of the late Harold Jenks and Elizabeth Rebecca Harty. The Carroll County Fair runs July 19-24 and features jr. fair shows, grandstand entertainment, rides, foods and more. Linda Kathleen Kelley of Carrollton passed away in her home, surrounded by family, following a courageous battle with cancer June 30, 2022. She was born March 8, 1949. She loved gardening, cooking and spending time with the two loves of her life, her daughter and granddaughter.
