Amiee N. (Postlewaite) Griffeth, 43, of Carrollton, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at Cleveland Clinic Hospital surrounded by her family, following a month-long battle with COVID-19. Mary Jane (Marshall) Schmitt, 88, passed away Aug. 8, 2021. Born July 5, 1933, she was a daughter to the late Ellis and Lucille Marshall. Jane graduated valedictorian of the Carrollton Schools Class of 1952. She received her undergraduate degree from Hiram College and her master’s degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve.
