Christ Community Church to host live Nativity Scene

Christ Community Church in Dellroy plans to host its 3rd annual live Nativity Dec. 9 with three show times.
Visitors will experience the arrival of Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem, sing along with traditional Christmas Carols while the cry of the newborn Christ Child fills the air and watch Angels herald His birth as shepherds come to worship at the manger.
Firepits, beautiful sets and period costumes enhance the sacred evening. Homemade cookies, hot chocolate and spiced apple cider add a Christmas flavor to the celebration.
Presentations are scheduled at 6, 7 and 8 p.m. Each lasts about 20 minutes which leaves time between shows to enjoy each other, cookies, cocoa and pet Dexter the donkey.
