By Carol McIntire- Editor Just over 25 percent of the 18,048 voters in Carroll County cast ballots in the March 19 primary election. According to unofficial results from the Carroll County Board of Elections, a total of 4,801 ballots were cast. Sherry Marlene Bailey, 72 of Kensington passed away on Sunday March 17, 2024. She was born on June 14, 1951, to Clark and Goldie Saltsman. She married Edward T. Bailey. Sherry enjoyed doing crafts.
