Joseph R. Stull, 70, of Sherrodsville, died early Thursday morning, Feb. 17, 2022, in his residence following a five-year battle with cancer. Conotton Valley student killed, another injured in SR 212 crash

CCM Staff Report The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an accident that claimed the life of a Conotton Valley student and seriously injured another Feb. 16. According to Sheriff Dale Williams, Braylen Novak was killed in the crash, which occurred at about 2:21 p.m. on SR 212 between Sherrodsville and the high school.  Novak, who was the driver of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Dr.
