Roxie Ann Strawder, 89, of Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021. Born Oct. 10, 1932, she was a daughter to the late Earl and Edna (Bennington) Moyer. She married Robert L. Strawder on Sept. 20, 1952. He passed away Dec. 6, 2014. She was a homemaker and loved to crochet and play bingo. James “Todd” Martin, 53, of Minerva, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021.  Born Jan. 2, 1968, in Canton, he was a son to James “Phil” and Jeanne (Hanaoka) Martin of Minerva.  He was a deputy sheriff for the Carroll County and a maintenance supervisor for PCC Airfoils. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1986. He was a member of the US Marines Corps and served in Operation Desert Storm.
