Lois Ann Harrell, 85, of Minerva, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, at Aultman Hospital. Born Dec. 24, 1934, in Alliance, she was a daughter to Arthur T. and Emily (Anderson) Williams. Lois was a member of the First Christian Church of Minerva.
