‘Crows’ decorate square

The Scarecrows on the Square festival was held Sept. 25 on Public Square in Carrollton.

Winners in each category include: Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, church; The Carroll County Messenger, business; Carroll County Council on Aging, government entity; and Browse ‘N Buy, organization. 

Scarecrows will remain on display through Oct. 18. 

Judges included Mayor Bill Stoneman, Village Administrator Mark Wells and Montana Schmidt.
