PART-TIME JURY COMMISSIONER POSITION

Judge Michael V. Repella II, Common Pleas, General Division, has an open appointment for a part-time jury commissioner.  Ohio Revised Code 2313.01, requires Judge Repella to appoint 2 persons, neither of whom shall be an attorney at law, and not more than one of whom shall be of the same political party.   Currently, one of the jury commissioners is a registered Democrat, therefore, the applicant cannot be a registered Democrat.
