Art (Bud) McGuire, 84 of Mineral City passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023 with his family by his side.  He was born in Jeffersonville Kentucky to the late Parmer and Anna McGuire on January 16, 1939. He married the love of his life Alma L. (Elliott) McGuire on May 13, 1959 and she passed away on July 26, 2015. Bud retired as a self employed truck driver . He
