Robert E. “Bob” Polen I, 80, of Beach City, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020, in Hennis Care Centre, Bolivar, following a long illness. Born Jan. 25, 1940, in Salineville, he was a son of the late Clyde E. and Hazel G. Frasier Polen.  Bob served honorably in the United States Army, and on, June 8, 1962, married the former Charlotte Owens who survives. He was a long-time truck driver,
