Skip Alan Turkovich, 51

Skip A. Turkovich, 51, of Carrollton passed away Dec. 04, 2024. He was born Aug. 11, 1973, to Joel and Lorraine Turkovich. 

Skip graduated from Carrollton High School in 1992. He was a football coach for the past 35 years at various high schools including Carrollton, Minerva and Central Catholic.

Survivors include two children, Brie-Ana and Stone Turkovich; parents Joel and Lorraine Turkovich; grandchild Ce Ce; sisters Chi Turkovich and Megan Gotshall; nieces Morgan, Charley, Skylar, Ashlee, Bobbie and Jo Jo; nephew Marcus; and many loving family members.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Alex and Francis Murphy; paternal grandparents John and Mary Turkovich; and a nephew, Little Bear Vipperman.

Services were held Dec. 7 at Allmon Dugger Cotton Funeral Home.
