Martina Louise Foster “Marty,” 73 

Ms. Martina Louise Foster “Marty,” 73 of Rainsville, AL passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023. 

 Marty never met a stranger she was loved by many, anyone that knew her loved her and thought she was a “Hoot.”

She is survived by a daughter, Janette Grim and Gary L. Grim Jr. of Rainsville, AL; brother, Mark and Mary Foster of Tell City, IN; Sister: Anna Foster of New Albany, IN; sister-in-Law, Barbara Foster of New Albany, IN; nephew: Mark Foster Jr. and Dawn Foster of Tell City, IN; granddaughter: Shannon Grim and fiancé Dakota Flaherty; great-grandsons, Hunter and Gunner; and two beloved cats, Pearl and Grace.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Theresa Foster; brother, Michael Foster; and long-time companion, Randy Carpenter.

At Martina’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral services, there will be a celebration of life at a later date in Amsterdam Ohio.
