Union Twp. plans PPE giveaway Jan. 16

Union Township is hosting a personal protection equipment (PPE) giveaway to township residents Jan. 16 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Union Twp. Hall. 

Each resident of the township may receive a PPE kit, and each household may get an infrared thermometer, while supplies last. 

Kits consist of three face masks, three PR nitrile gloves-size large, one pair safety glasses, a package of disinfecting wipes-40 ct., 2 oz. bottle of hand sanitizer, facial tissues, five thermometer strips and package moist towelettes-8 ct.  

The township hall is located at 4155 Scio Rd. SW, Carrollton. These supplies are funded by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Act.
