PPE distribution set in Union Twp.

Union Township trustees plan to distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) kits to township residents Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. until noon at the township hall, located at 4155 Scio Rd. SW, Carrollton.

The event is open to all township residents. Kits will be available while supplies last. 

Each resident of the township may pick up a PPE kit, and each household  will receive an infrared thermometer, while supplies last. 

The PPE kits consist of three face masks, PR Nitrile gloves (size large), a pair of safety glasses, package of disinfecting wipes, 2-oz. bottle of hand sanitizer, facial tissues, thermometer strips and a package of moist towelettes.

These supplies are funded by the CARES Act to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
