Portion of US 30 closing 75 days for realignment

Beginning Tuesday, March 31, U.S. 30 will close for 75 days three miles east of Hanoverton for a roadway safety improvement project.
The project includes the realignment of U.S. 30 between Gavers Rd. and Richey School Rd.
The Ohio Department of Transportation detour include U.S. 30 west to SR 9, SR 9 north to SR 172, SR 172 east back to U.S. 30, and reverse.
Cost of the project is $2,151,181, which has a completion date of June 14. Rudzik Excavating, Inc. is the contractor for the project.
