Minerva’s Roxy Theatre to host “The Kitchen Witches”

Minerva’s Roxy Theatre presents “The Kitchen Witches,” a community theater production, on
Saturday, Oct. 14, 7 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 15, 2 p.m.
“The Kitchen Witches” is the story of Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle, two “mature” cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for 30 years, ever since Larry Biddle dated one and married the other. When circumstances put them together on a TV show called The Kitchen Witches, the insults are flung harder than the food! Dolly’s long-suffering TV- producer son, Stephen, tries to keep them on track, but as long as Dolly’s dressing room is one inch closer to the set than Isobel’s, it’s a losing battle, and the show becomes a ratings smash as Dolly and Isobel top both Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer!
The Roxy production stars Chris Debo, Debi Siers, Valerie Carl, and Rich Berta, and is directed by Loni Porter and Dave Pumneo.
Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the Minerva Chamber office, 203 N Market St.; or online at minervachamber.ticketleap.com/kitchenwitches; or at the door.

Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday and 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, and all seating is general admission. For more information, contact the Minerva Chamber, 330-868-7979 or [email protected].
