Former Carrollton school officials plead guilty to lesser charges

Former Carrollton School Superintendent Dr. David Quattrochi, School Board Member Mike Pozderac and Jackie Pozderac all pleaded guilty to lesser charges during a pre-trial today in Carroll County Common Pleas Court.

Jackie Pozderac entered a guilty plea to a reduced first degree misdemeanor charge of having an unlawful interest in a public contract while Michael Pozderac entered a guilty plea to a third degree felony charge of theft in office and Quattrochi to a reduced fourth degree charge of theft in office. All other charges were dismissed.

Sentencing for the trio is set July 18 at 1 p.m.
