NOTICE OF SALE UNDER JUDGMENT OF 

FORECLOSURE

OF LIENS FOR

 DELINQUENT LAND TAXES

In the Common Pleas Court of Carroll County, Ohio, Case No. 2023CVE30245, in the matter of foreclosure of liens for delinquent land taxes, Jeff Yeager, Treasurer of Carroll County, Ohio, Plaintiff, vs Springboard Housing LVA1, LLC, et al, parcels of land encumbered with delinquent tax liens, Defendants. 

Whereas judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and costs as follows: 

10220 ANDORA ROAD NE, CARROLLTON, OHIO 44615. Permanent Parcel No 01-0000724.000, last known owner, Springboard Housing LVA1, LLC, Judgement for $12,000.00 and 

Whereas such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment. 

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Calvin Graham, Sheriff of Carroll County, Ohio, will either dispose of such property according to law or sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $12,000.00, at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of the sheriff’s office in Carrollton, Ohio, on Tuesday, the 19th day of December, 2023. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid or is not otherwise disposed of according to law, it may be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on Tuesday, the 26th day of December 2023, for an amount that equals at least $12,000.00.
