Each Defendant will take notice that on June 29, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Carroll County Court of Common Pleas, P.O. Box 367, Carrollton, OH 44615, being 2022 CVE 30031 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $63,191.56 plus interest at 2.0000% per annum from May 1, 2018, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 8889 Cumberland Rd., Leesville, OH 44695 and being permanent parcel number 25-0000043.00 1.

Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. 

The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, and to raise any defense to foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, the sale of said real property. Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight days after last date of publication, which shall be published in The Carroll County Messenger once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
