NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Minerva Local School District Board of Education is accepting proposals from firms to replace the roof for at Minerva Middle School for its Middle School Roof Replacement Project. Interested firms may request an RFP from Gary Chaddock, Superintendent, at [email protected] or visit the Minerva Local School District webpage, at misd,sparcc.org. Proposals will be accepted until 2 p.m. local time, October 20, 2023.

The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Howard W. Papen, and Unknown Spouse, if any, JoAnne K. DiNicola whose last known place of residence is: Unknown, each of you will take notice that on June 22, 2023, Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint for Foreclosure in the Carroll County Court of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 1193 Edgewood Circle NW, Carrollton, OH 44615 being permanent parcel number 10-0001674.032.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
