You may be entitled by law to notification that a Petition for the Adoption of Ryder Michael Cecil Mansfield, d.o.b. 09-13-2016, has been filed by JESSE RAY MANBECK AND KAYLA MARIE MANBECK, seeking to adopt said RYDER MICHAEL CECIL MANSFIELD and change his name to RYDER MICHAEL CECIL MANBECK, d.o.b. 09-13-2016; pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3107.05.
JESSE RAY MANBECK is married to KAYLA MARIE MANBECK, who is the mother of said minor child, RYDER MICHAEL CECIL MANSFIELD, d.o.b. 09-13-2016.
You have been named in the Petition as a person who may be entitled to notice of the filing thereof under Ohio Revised Code Section 3107.07. The purpose of the Petition is for JESSE RAY MANBECK to adopt RYDER MICHAEL CECIL MANSFILED, d.o.b. 09-13-2016, as his child.
You are hereby notified that this Petition has been filed and that unless you respond as required by law withing twenty-eight days from the date of the last publication date herein, the Court will make orders which may affect your legal rights and the rights of JESSE RAY MANBECK and KAYLA MARIE MANBECK with respect to the minor child, RYDER MICHAEL CECIL MANSFIELD, d.o.b. 09-13-2016. Hearing up on this Petition will be held on October 2, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. in Carroll County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division.

The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns of Howard W. Papen, and Unknown Spouse, if any, JoAnne K. DiNicola whose last known place ofresidence is: Unknown, each of you will take notice that on June 22, 2023, Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint for Foreclosure in the Carroll County Coult of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 1193 Edgewood Circle NW, Carrollton, OH 44615 being permanentparcel number 10-0001674.032.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
