A Public Hearing will be held April 4, 2024 at 10;00 a.m. regarding the 
AIRPORT ZONING REVISION FOR THE CARROLL COUNTY – TOLSON AIRPORT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Carroll County, Ohio will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport.

The Airport Zoning Revisions are intended to provide procedures and standards in order to protect the lives and property of users of the Carroll County – Tolson Airport and property or occupants of the land in its vicinity.

As part of the update process, the public may view the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport. The zoning revisions can be viewed in the following ways:

• A copy of the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport is available for viewing in the Carroll County Commissioners office on the second floor of the Courthouse located at 119 S. Lisbon St., Suite 201, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. 
• Residents may view the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport by going to https://carrollcountyohio.us/public-notices/ and clicking on the Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport link in the Bid Notices column. 
• Residents may request a printed copy of the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport by calling the Carroll County Commissioners office at 330.627.4869. The cost is $5.00 for a black and white copy, or $10.00 for a color copy (cash or check) to be picked up in the office. 

The public meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 during the Commissioners’ open session meeting. The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ meeting room on the second floor of the Carroll County Courthouse, located at 119 S. Lisbon Street, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. The purpose of the public meeting is to allow residents to ask questions and share their concerns regarding the proposed Airport Zoning Revision for the Carroll County – Tolson Airport.
