Carroll County Job and Family Services is seeking applications for the position of Assistant County Job & Family Services Administrator. The primary purpose of this position is to perform administrative duties for Public Assistance, Social Service, Work Activities and Fiscal units; plan, develop and implement Agency and State policy, rules and regulations as well as Agency programs for assigned units; acts as the Director in the absence of the County Job & Family Services Administrator. The position must also provide direct and indirect supervision to all Agency units and activities and determine work policy and standards of performance for the assigned units; and performs fiscal duties for the Agency. Applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, public administration, human services, human resources, psychology, sociology, social work, education, finance or related field and have 4 years of administrative/supervisory experience.
