Sharon P. M. E. VanFossen, 53

 Sharon Patricia Marie Elana VanFossen, 53, of Carrollton, passed away at her home Sunday, April 18, 2021. 

Born June 1, 1967, in Alliance, she was a daughter to Leonard Bates, Sr. and Leona M. (Sallade) Gray. 

Sharon loved animals and enjoyed music. 

Sharon is survived by her father, Leonard Bates, Sr. of Alliance; her mother, Leona Gray of Carrollton; her step-father, Richard Gray; two brothers, Lawrence (Beth) Bates of Minerva and Leonard Bates, Jr. of Carrollton; two half-brothers, Brandon (Amanda) Bates of Alliance and Coty Bates of Alliance; a half-sister, Lynn Ann Wilson of Beloit; her fiancé, Jeffery Dews of East Canton; and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
