Thursdays – Women for Christ-Give Back Ministries will host a talk at 5 p.m. about what is happening in the world, what the Bible teaches and what exciting promises God has for all. Attendance is free. Materials will be provided.  Held at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 450 12th St. NW, Carrollton.

December – Mondays – Lunch 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. by donation at the Warren Twp. Community Center on SR 212 in New Cumberland.  Includes many sides, dessert and a drink. Plus, The Loft Resale Shop open 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.  

Tuesdays – Carrollton Rotary Club meets at St. John’s Villa at noon. 

Dec. 6-10 – Carroll County District Library Holiday Scholastic Book Fair. The book fair will be held December 6th through the 10th.  Hours are:  Monday & Tuesday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Wednesday & Thursday 9 a.m.–7p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.  Gift wrap will be available to wrap up purchases. Call 330-627-2613 for more information.

Dec. 8 – Free Community Blessing Drive-Thru Dinner 5-7 p.m. at Perry Township Hall. Combined dinner for November and December. No dinners will be served in January and February 2022. Anyone needing assistance during that time, should call Pastor Dixie at 330-663-3202. Dinners are sponsored by Perrysville and Pleasant Hill United Methodist churches. 

Dec. 8 & 9 – Carroll County Coats for Kids distribution 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Social Hall on Moody Ave. 

Dec. 12 – Author Kathy Horn book signing for “The Everlasting Kind” from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Grand Tea Room in Carrollton. 

Dec. 13 – Carroll County Board of Elections meeting at 9 a.m. in the office in the Courthouse.

Dec. 14 – Dellroy American Legion Post 475 meeting at 8 p.m. in the Dellroy fire hall meeting room.

Dec. 16 – Grand Tea Room is hosting Carl Winters at 6 p.m. who will speak on the Van Horne building.

Dec. 16 – Carroll County Animal Protection League meeting at Carroll County District Library meeting room. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. The library is located at 70 2nd St. NE, Carrollton.
