Roxie A. Strawder, 89

Roxie Ann Strawder, 89, of Carrollton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021.

Born Oct. 10, 1932, she was a daughter to the late Earl and Edna (Bennington) Moyer. She married Robert L. Strawder on Sept. 20, 1952. He passed away Dec. 6, 2014.

She was a homemaker and loved to crochet and play bingo. She loved and cared for her family and was always helping other people. 

She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Jimmy Strawder, Danny Strawder and Patricia Riley, all of Carrollton; 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; a sister, Agnes Patterson of Perrysville; and a brother, Glen Moyer of Florida. 

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Karen Harvey and Faith Morgan.

Burial will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.
