Claire White McElroy

Claire White McElroy passed away June 4, 2021, at Centreville Village in Carrollton.

She previously resided in Minerva and was employed for several years at K-Mart in Canton and worked as a bank teller in Minerva.

She graduated from Carrollton High School in 1960.

She is survived by stepson, Eric (Lora) McElroy; grandchildren, Kiley, Sean and Ryan; brothers, Tom (Elaine) and Steve (Cindy) of Carrollton and Jack (Ann) of Springfield, IL; sisters-in-law, Patty (Darrell) Locke of Carrollton and Pam McElroy of Canton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray McElroy in 2018; her parents, Hank and Dot White;  and her brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Ruth White.

A memorial service will be held June 26 at 11 a.m. in the Church of Christ/Christian Disciples in Carrollton with Pastor Mark Statler officiating.
