June 4 – Carroll County Animal Protection League Spaghetti Dinner 4-6 p.m. at Minerva Senior Center. $8 Adults, $5 children age 11 and younger. Walk-ins welcome. Carryout available. Tickets are available from any club member. Proceeds benefit the no-kill animal shelter construction.
June 4 – A Minerva Public Library Puzzle Exchange will take place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Swap puzzles for adults and kids. Put a note in box indicating the puzzle is missing a piece or two. The library is located at 677 Lynnwood Dr, Minerva. For information, call 330-868-4101.

June 5 – Liberty Bridge playing a mix of 60s & 70s music at Vaughn’s Pub in Bolivar 2-5 p.m. June 6- First class of a six-week class Watercolor Silhouettes with Bev Marsh “The Power of Using Light.” Classes are held Mondays from 6-8 p.m. through July 18 (no class July 4). June 6 – “High Blood Sugar, Diabetes & Your Body” at Bowerston Library 6:30-7:30 p.m. Led by Carol A. Teter, RN BSN-Community Nurse Educator. Free and open to the public.
June 7 – First class of a four-week session Watercolor Experiments with Bev Marsh. Learn new and fun techniques to add variety to your work. Sessions are Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. through June 28. Cost is $65. All supplies provided. Pre-registration and payment required by calling 330-627-3739.
